We hereby inform you that the personal data provided, or otherwise acquired, within the scope of our activities, are treated with fairness, lawfulness and transparency to protect privacy and any other rights, in accordance with EU REGULATION 679/2016.

A. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The treatment will include, in compliance with the principles established by art. 5 of REG. EU 2016/679, all the operations provided by art. 4 paragraph 2 of EU REG. 679/2016 necessary for the pursuit of the following purposes:

fulfilment of all pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations;

to fulfil the obligations required by law, regulation, Community law or an order of the Authority (such as in the area of anti-money laundering);

send it by e-mail, post and/or SMS and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Owner similar to those sold

Assessment of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services.

B. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL TO REPLY

The processing of data for the purposes indicated in Section A above has been considered legitimate in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lett. b, c and f. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message. The personal data collected at the time of registration at the company will be collected and processed by the personnel in charge in compliance with the rules of law, regulations and principles of fairness and protection of your privacy, for purposes related to the conduct of the stay. It ensures, however, that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and privacy protection indicated in Reg. EU 679/2016. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

The processing of data for the purposes indicated in no. 3 and 4 of paragraph A have been considered by the Data Controller a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lett f of REG. EU 2016/679 but may be opposed by the person concerned. The latter, in fact, has the right to oppose all or part of the processing aimed at direct marketing activities. This right, which will be better explained in Section G, para. 4 lit. b of this document, it may also be invoked after the provision of data: in this case, you may not receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material related to the Services offered by the Owner similar to those object of the sale. However, you will continue to be entitled to the Services mentioned in Nos. 1 and No. 2 indicated in Note A.

C. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The processing of your data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in paragraph 2 of art. 4 of REG. EU 679/2016 and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes.

D. ACCESS AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated in paragraph A of this document:

to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller specifically appointed and/or to companies in charge and/or data processors and/or system administrators;

In particular, for the purposes n. 1 and 2 indicated in p.to A personal data may also be communicated, without the need for express consent art. 6 lett. b) and c) of REG. EU 679/2016 to:

financial administration, credit institutions, data processing centres, professionals and consultants, transport companies and any entities authorised in accordance with the law, regulatory or contractual and generally to public or private entities for the purposes indicated above.

These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

Your data will not be disclosed.

E. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED - NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Use of Google Analytics

F. DATA TRANSFER

Personal data are stored on servers located in Italy, within the European Union. It remains in any case understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

G. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

As a data subject, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 - 22 REG. EU 679/2016 and precisely the rights to:

obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;

obtain the indication of:

the origin of the personal data;

the purposes and methods of processing;

the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

the identification details of the owner, managers and appointed representative pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of REG. EU 679/2016;

the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, as managers or persons in charge;

obtain:

updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;

the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected;

oppose, in whole or in part:

for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, by the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or by traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the person concerned, set out in point b above), for direct marketing purposes by means of automated methods extends to the traditional ones and that however the possibility for the interested party to exercise the right of opposition even in part. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications through traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
